Frame
Stock: Cetus Pro ducted frame.
A cracked duct or arm doesn't ground the kit: swap the frame and move the electronics over.
Batteries
Stock: 1S 450 mAh BT2.0 packs, about 4–5 minutes each.
Four to six packs make a proper session. Stay on BT2.0 450 mAh. 550 mAh packs need the battery plate removed.
Parallel charging
Stock: The kit charger takes a few packs at a time.
Parallel leads let one charger port take several BT2.0 packs together. Only join packs at the same voltage.
Props
Stock: 40 mm 3-blade props with 1.5 mm holes.
Any 40 mm prop with a 1.5 mm hole fits. Three blades grip harder; two blades fly a little longer.
Motors
Stock: 1102 18000KV motors with 1.5 mm shafts.
Replace with 1102 18000KV motors so the quad flies the same on every corner.
We don't stock 1102 18000KV motors yet.
Charging and storage
Stock: Whoop packs are 1S LiPo: 4.2 V full, about 3.8 V for storage.
Charge where you can see it, never overnight, and park packs at storage voltage if you won't fly for a few days. Indian summers are hard on LiPos, so keep them out of cars and sunlit windows.
